Need to create or update your directory? Or looking for a yearbook? We at Hall & Hearn Photography can help you, from setting up appointments, taking pictures, to creating and printing your directory. Use as a fund raiser or as member / worker appreciation gift, our directories help to bring your organization or business to life with pictures of your staff, family and/or neighbors.

Grand opening Each directory is custom tailored to fit your and your organization's needs. With Hall & Hearn Photography you and your organization is not limited to standard covers and rigid layouts, nor do you have to severely limit what you want to feature. From personalized covers, to specific pages dedicated to showcasing your events, our directories allow you to feature the highlights of your organization through photos and text.

For neighborhoods, churches, and similar organizations, we also recommend adding a local business directory or ads to your directory. Not only is it a great fund raiser opportunity by selling the ads space, but it also helps to support "in house" and local businesses, since many members prefer to give their business to people they know.

Walk a thon When you work with Hall & Hearn Photography, you are not only getting just a photographer, but you are getting a team that will help you and your staff make this directory a reality. We will help you with announcing and promoting your upcoming photos day by giving you 2 11x14 reminder posters and 100 reminder postcards to send out (additional postcards can be purchased if needed). We can also work with your staff to help organize and set up appointments for the families. And after all of the photos have been taken, we will work with your staff to make sure the pages and layouts fully represent your organization, before we send it to the printers.
